On The Go Drinks

For the occasions when time is of the essence and an on the go or post training boost is required. A blend of protein, good carbs and nutrients.

Apple & Nut Shake

200g Oat Milk 
1 Apple Grated
8 Cashew Nuts

Blitz all in a blender except cinnamon -  sprinkle on top

Smooth Strawberry
200g Almond Milk
8 Strawberries (frozen if you wish)
1/2 Frozen Sliced Banana
3 Tbsp Full Fat Greek Yogurt

Blitz all in blender

Perfect Pineapple

200g Coconut Milk
Small Handful of Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
3 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
Blitz all in blender

Ice can be used in all if desired. Likewise a tbsp of protein powder can be added for a post training drink if appropriate.
