Woodland Wellness Weekend

Experience an invigorating, life enhancing, wellbeing retreat in the luxury surroundings of Glenapp Castle in Ayrshire. Set within 110 acres of private estate with stunning views out to sea and the famous volcanic outcrop of Ailsa Craig, it is the perfect backdrop for our second retreat on the West Coast which promises to re-energise, re-invigorate and re-vitalise you.


What's Included:

  • 2 nights accommodation in your choice of a Garden View Suite, Grand Garden View Suite or a Grand Sea View Suite

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day created by Glenapp’s Executive Chef Joe Gould in partnership with Barbara – the ethos behind the menus is delicious dining without breaking the calorie bank and will feature regular eating throughout each day to encourage healthy, mindful eating, rid the body of bloat and for some maybe even kickstart weight loss 

  • All soft drinks that accompany meals throughout the 3 days 

  • 3 days of fitness and life coaching practical sessions, workshops and relaxation time 


Single occupancy and double occupancy rates are available should you wish to bring a friend or partner:

  • Garden View Suite – £950 per person sharing a twin/double, £1,100 single occupancy

  • Grand Garden View Suite – £1,050 per person sharing a twin/double, £1,200 single occupancy

  • Grand Sea View Suite – £1,200 per person sharing a twin/double, £1,350 single occupancy

  • Delicious and nutritious food (to eat and learn about)
