This online 3 month programme will provide

~ 6 Fortnightly 1 hour group workshops  (online)  focussing on food, fitness & mindset

~ Full Course workbook, feedback and recipes

~ Access to regular live  & recorded fitness videos 

~  Private FB Group for the course duration

 

The group will be small to keep it personal yet motivational and inspirational and I will be available for personal support.
